I mounted a 100W amp in the side-cover when the toolkit goes. I ran the wiring up under the gas tank to the handlebars where I mounted marine speakers. The amp is wired to the brake light so it turns on with the ignition. I’m running an Ipod Touch with a Boosteroo preamp. Cruising at 75mpg I can hear the music very clearly… no more ear buds
The Rifle Faring that I replaced my windshield with probably makes the stereo sound better.
